Privacy Policy

Who we are

LongeviQ ("we", "us", "our") is a health and longevity application. Our registered business address and data controller contact details are listed in Section 11. This Privacy Policy applies to the LongeviQ mobile application, website, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

LongeviQ is not a medical device and is intended for health awareness and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

What data we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

We do not collect your precise GPS location, Social Security number, financial account details, or biometric identifiers such as fingerprints or facial geometry.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Service:

• Biological age calculation — your assessment answers and wearable data are processed to compute your biological age score and track it over time.
• Personalised insights — HRV, sleep, and nutrition data drive your daily recommendations and Weekly AI Longevity Brief.
• App functionality & debugging — usage and device data help us fix bugs and improve performance.
• Transactional communications — we send receipts, security alerts, and critical service notices to your email.
• Optional marketing — only if you explicitly opt in, we may send product updates and health content. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Wearable & third-party integrations

LongeviQ can optionally connect to Oura Ring, Garmin, and Whoop. When you authorise a connection:

• We receive only the data types you approve in the third-party's OAuth consent screen (e.g. HRV, sleep stages, activity).
• You can revoke access at any time from within those apps or from your LongeviQ settings.
• Each wearable provider's own privacy policy governs how they collect and process your data on their end.

We do not receive raw sensor streams or continuous location from any wearable integration.

Data sharing & disclosure

We do not sell your personal or health data. We share data only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers — cloud infrastructure (e.g. database hosting, crash analytics) under strict data processing agreements. They may only process data on our behalf.
• Legal requirements — if required by a court order, subpoena, or applicable law, we will disclose the minimum data necessary and notify you where legally permitted.
• Business transfer — if LongeviQ is acquired or merges, your data may transfer to the successor entity under the same privacy protections. You will be notified in advance.
• Aggregated research — we may publish de-identified, aggregated statistics (e.g. "average biological age improvement after 90 days") that cannot identify any individual.

Data retention

We retain your account and health data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account:

• Your health data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Anonymised aggregate data derived from your data may be retained indefinitely.
• Backup copies are purged within 90 days of account deletion.

You can request a full export of your data before deletion — see Section 7.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• Correction — update inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — request permanent erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format (JSON or CSV).
• Restriction — ask us to pause processing while a dispute is resolved.
• Objection — opt out of any processing based on legitimate interest.
• Withdraw consent — revoke any consent you previously gave, at any time.

To exercise any right, email us at privacy@perennix.app. We respond within 30 days. Users in the EU/EEA may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

Children's privacy

LongeviQ is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has used LongeviQ, contact us immediately at privacy@perennix.app.

Security

Health data is sensitive. We take the following measures to protect it:

• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256.
• Access to production databases is restricted to a minimum number of authorised engineers and requires multi-factor authentication.
• We conduct periodic security reviews and penetration testing.

No system is perfectly secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately and change your password.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification and email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
